Walmart FCCA factory audit, full name Walmart Factory Compliance Check Audit, is a certification audit conducted by Walmart on factories in its supply chain. The main purpose of FCCA factory audit is to ensure that supplier factories comply with Walmart's supply chain policies and globally applicable laws and regulations, covering labor rights, working environment, product safety, quality control and other aspects. 1. Specific content and standards of FCCA factory audit
Factory facilities and environment: Ensure that the factory's production environment is safe, clean, and meets health standards.
Quality management system: Evaluate the factory's quality management system to ensure that it can effectively control product quality.
Incoming material control: Check the receipt, storage and handling process of raw materials to ensure compliance with standards.
Process and production control: Evaluate the control measures of the production process to ensure the consistency of product quality.
Internal laboratory testing: Verify the testing capabilities and procedures of the factory's internal laboratory.
Final inspection: Check the final inspection process of the finished product to ensure that the product meets Walmart's quality standards.

2. FCCA factory audit process
Register and create an account: Suppliers need to register and create an account on Walmart's supplier portal.
Choose a factory audit partner: Suppliers need to choose a factory audit partner approved by Walmart, which will be responsible for the factory audit.
Fill in the application form: Suppliers need to fill in relevant forms such as supplier information and product information and submit them to the factory audit partner.
Preliminary preparation: Before the factory audit begins, suppliers need to prepare relevant documents in advance, such as company profile, product description, quality management system documents, etc.
First meeting: After the factory audit personnel arrive at the site, they will hold the first meeting with the supplier.
On-site audit: After the first meeting, the factory audit personnel will conduct an on-site inspection of the production site.
Document and information review: After the on-site inspection is completed, the factory audit personnel will review the documents and information provided by the supplier.
Audit summary meeting: After the audit is completed, the factory audit personnel will hold a summary meeting with the supplier to discuss the audit results.
Report and follow-up: After the on-site inspection is completed, the factory audit personnel will issue a factory audit report. If the supplier meets Walmart's requirements, the factory inspection partner will submit an audit report to Walmart for Walmart to evaluate and decide whether to pass the factory inspection.

3. Classification of FCCA factory inspection results
Good (80-100): Excellent performance, longer validity period.
Acceptable with CAP (60-79): Acceptable but needs improvement, shorter validity period.
Unacceptable (0-59): Unqualified, needs immediate improvement
